HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE? 

All pieces are handmade. Please allow 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be shipped.  Orders received on national (U.S.) holidays, Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE? 

You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS that will allow you to follow the shipping and delivery status of your package.
If there is a delay on our part, we will contact you via email or SMS.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we do.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

All sales are final on all items. 

Please make sure you are able to receive mail at the shipping address you provide at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost packages due to customer error.  If your package is lost or you receive an item that is damaged, please file a claim with the USPS.  Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to discuss any possible solutions.
